Safety systems
Secured mobility on any roof
Our lifeline and rail systems offer the capability to secure an extensive area of the flat roof. This makes it possible to access vast sections of the roof flexibly without the need to constantly attach and release between anchor points. Primo anchor points as supports and our wide range of accessories turn our safety systems into true all-rounders, even in more complex applications. We also offer safety solutions for skylight domes in the form of fall-through protection in flexible sizes.

Fall arrest systems are linear fall protection systems that are installed over longer distances and provide continuous protection. They consist of a horizontally tensioned steel cable that is guided over several anchor points and intermediate brackets. A so-called runner - a movable slider with an anchorage eye - is guided along the rope and connects to the user's harness. This allows people to move along the system without having to constantly hook or unhook themselves. Rope safety systems are usually installed permanently on buildings, but can also be used temporarily.
At Sicherheitskonzepte Breuer, you only receive horizontal rope systems - either as drive-over or non-drive-over versions. Drive-over systems enable particularly convenient working, as intermediate supports and curved elements can also be passed without interruption. The cable systems can be installed on a wide variety of surfaces and are compatible with many anchor points from the Primo product line. In addition to use on flat roofs, we also offer solutions for facades, temporary locations and overhead applications.
A lifeline system is always installed when:
They are used, for example, on roofs, on facades or in industrial plants and can be combined with various substrates and structural situations.
Strict requirements for approval and conformity with standards apply to the use of a fall arrest system. Although DIN EN 795 Type C provides a technical framework for lifeline systems, it is no longer sufficient as the sole proof of usability in Germany. An abZ is required for a rope system to be permanently integrated into a structure.
Without this abZ, a fall protection system may only be installed in individual cases with the approval of the authorities. The CE marking also documents that the product complies with the basic safety requirements of the EU - however, it is not a seal of quality or approval.
A fall arrest system is used by means of rope protection with PPE (personal fall protection equipment). The person wears a harness to which a lanyard with carabiners is attached. This lanyard is in turn hooked onto the runner of the rope system.
Depending on the design, the system acts as:
The combination of permanently installed technology and personal fall protection equipment creates a reliable and standard-compliant safety solution.
A professionally planned and installed rope system for fall protection ensures greater safety on your construction site and minimizes the risk of accidents at workplaces at height. Sicherheitskonzepte Breuer supports you with many years of experience, tested technology and a clear focus on compliance with standards and practicality. We would also be happy to advise you on our other products, such as fixed ladders, PPE or anchor points. Whether roof surface, façade or industrial plant - we ensure your safety.
